  1. Descripción del Servicio

Pronto Travel es una plataforma en línea que ofrece información y opciones de reserva para paquetes turísticos y hoteles. Nuestro sitio no procesa pagos directamente ni actúa como intermediario financiero.

  1. Uso del Sitio

El usuario se compromete a:

  • Utilizar el sitio solo para fines personales y legales.
  • No usar este sitio para realizar actividades fraudulentas o con fines comerciales sin autorización previa.
  • Proporcionar información veraz y actualizada al enviar formularios de contacto o solicitudes.
  1. Reservas

Las reservas se realizan a través de formularios de contacto. La confirmación y los detalles se coordinan posteriormente por correo electrónico o teléfono. El uso del sitio no garantiza la disponibilidad ni la confirmación inmediata de un servicio.

  1. Propiedad Intelectual

Pronto Travel solo envía mensajes SMS después de que usted lo autorice marcando una casilla, que nunca viene marcada de antemano. Una casilla cubre los mensajes sobre su solicitud y sus reservas. Otra, opcional, cubre los mensajes promocionales con ofertas de viajes y cruceros. Aceptar los mensajes promocionales no es condición para comprar ni para recibir los de servicio.

  • Puede darse de baja o retirar su consentimiento en cualquier momento.
  • Pueden aplicarse tarifas de mensajes y datos según su operador.
  • Si acepta recibir ofertas, no recibirá más de 5 mensajes de marketing al mes. La frecuencia de los mensajes de servicio varía según su actividad de reserva.

Para darse de baja, responda STOP a cualquier mensaje. Para recibir ayuda, responda HELP o escriba a info@prontotravel.com. SMS Terms

Program Name. Pronto Travel SMS Notifications.

Eligibility and Consent. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enroll in this program. You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission to enroll it. For each consent, Pronto Travel records the version and language of the exact wording you were shown, a cryptographic fingerprint of that wording, the date and time, and the IP address and browser that submitted it.

Description. Our contact form has two separate, unchecked consent boxes: one for messages about your own enquiry and bookings, and one, optional, for offers. By checking either box you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Pronto Travel, sent from +1 (786) 839-3446. Message types include:

  • Booking confirmations and reservation updates
  • Itinerary changes and travel alerts for your own reservation
  • Replies to the requests you send us
  • If you separately opt in to marketing: offers on Pronto Travel’s own travel packages and cruises

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity. If you opt in to offers, you will receive no more than 5 marketing messages per month.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-Out. To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP, CANCEL, END or UNSUBSCRIBE to any Pronto Travel SMS. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

Non-Sharing. Pronto Travel does not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We disclose them only to the service providers that deliver our messages and manage our bookings, who may not use them for their own purposes, and where the law requires it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Delivery. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and on the status of your device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and Pronto Travel is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery failures.

Prohibited Use. Do not enroll a mobile number that is not yours without the account holder’s permission, and do not use this program to send or solicit unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages.

Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Pronto Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from this SMS program, including loss arising from messages that are delayed, undelivered, or received by someone other than the intended recipient.

Changes to These Terms. We may update these SMS Terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date below shows when it last changed. Continuing to participate after an update means you accept the updated terms.
