Pronto Travel is an online platform that offers information and booking options for travel packages and hotels. Our site does not process payments directly and does not act as a financial intermediary.
- Use of the Site

- Not use this site to carry out fraudulent activities, or for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information when submitting contact forms or requests.
- Reservations
Reservations are made through contact forms. Confirmation and details are coordinated afterwards by email or telephone. Use of the site does not guarantee the availability or the immediate confirmation of a service.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Pronto Travel or of its respective licensors. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
- Third-Party Links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. Pronto Travel is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those sites.
- Limitation of Liability
Pronto Travel does not guarantee the accuracy or the permanent availability of the services offered on the site. We are not responsible for errors or omissions, nor for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site.
- Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- Communications and Consent
Pronto Travel sends SMS messages only after you opt in by ticking a checkbox, which is never pre-checked. One checkbox covers messages about your request and your reservations. A separate, optional one covers marketing messages with travel and cruise offers. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving the service messages you asked for.
- You may unsubscribe or withdraw your consent at any time.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email info@prontotravel.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See also our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms
Program Name. Pronto Travel SMS Notifications.
Eligibility and Consent. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enroll in this program. You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder’s permission to enroll it. For each consent, Pronto Travel records the version and language of the exact wording you were shown, a cryptographic fingerprint of that wording, the date and time, and the IP address and browser that submitted it.
Description. Our contact form has two separate, unchecked consent boxes: one for messages about your own enquiry and bookings, and one, optional, for offers. By checking either box you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Pronto Travel, sent from +1 (786) 839-3446. Message types include:
- Booking confirmations and reservation updates
- Itinerary changes and travel alerts for your own reservation
- Replies to the requests you send us
- If you separately opt in to marketing: offers on Pronto Travel’s own travel packages and cruises
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your booking activity. If you opt in to offers, you will receive no more than 5 marketing messages per month.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out. To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP, CANCEL, END or UNSUBSCRIBE to any Pronto Travel SMS. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

Non-Sharing. Pronto Travel does not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We disclose them only to the service providers that deliver our messages and manage our bookings, who may not use them for their own purposes, and where the law requires it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and on the status of your device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and Pronto Travel is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery failures.
Prohibited Use. Do not enroll a mobile number that is not yours without the account holder’s permission, and do not use this program to send or solicit unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages.
Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Pronto Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from this SMS program, including loss arising from messages that are delayed, undelivered, or received by someone other than the intended recipient.
Changes to These Terms. We may update these SMS Terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date below shows when it last changed. Continuing to participate after an update means you accept the updated terms.
