Day 1. MONDAY, APRIL 7, 2025: DESTINATION CITY-TOKYO
Departure to Japan on flight UA 1656 7:25 am - 9:45 am, UA 881 12:45 pm - 3:55 pm+1
TUESDAY, APRIL 8, 2025: TOKYO - OSAKA
Arrival in Tokyo, where you will be met by an English-speaking assistant, who will give you train tickets to Osaka. Arrival at Osaka station, reception by an English-speaking assistant and transfer to the hotel, rest of the time at leisure and overnight.
NOTE: Arrivals at Narita will take "Narita Express" to Shinagawa/ Arrivals at Haneda will take local train to Shinagawa and from Shinagawa continue by Nozomi bullet train to Osaka (It is necessary to book a flight with maximum arrival time in Tokyo before 17:00hrs for this service). In case of arrival before 08:00hrs there will be a supplement of 165USD per person.
In case of 1 passenger traveling alone, the supplement will be 330USD. 1 normal size suitcase (up to 20 kg) per person included. Please ask for an extra charge for sending the 2nd bag per person / shipment (direct payment in Japan) . In case of having to send the suitcases to Osaka, you will need to pack a backpack with clothes and the necessary items to spend one night, because the luggage shipping service arrives within 24 hours.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 9, 2025: OSAKA - NARA - KYOTO
Breakfast. At 09.00 hrs meeting in the lobby and start the city tour, with English speaking guide, to visit the Osaka Castle, with an incredible main tower, walls, moats and defense towers. In the months of March and April you can enjoy the 600 cherry blossom trees that adorn its gardens. After the visit, departure to Nara, one of the oldest cities in Japan with wonderful buildings such as the Todaiji Buddhist Temple and its huge Giant Buddha and the Sacred Deer Park. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon departure to Kyoto, on the way visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, the main Shinto Shrine in Japan dedicated to the spirit of Inari (Goddess of rice) and known for the thousands of toriis (traditional Japanese arch) that mark the way to the shrine. After the visit, transfer to the hotel. Lodging.
thursday, april 10, 2025: kyoto
Breakfast. Departure with an English-speaking guide to visit the ancient capital of Kyoto. We will start with a visit to Nijo Castle, which was the residence of the first Shogun emperor of the Edo period. We will also visit the Golden Temple of Kinkaku-ji, whose golden tones are reflected on the waters of a pond and is surrounded by exquisite vegetation. Next, the Heian Shinto Shrine (without entrance to the garden). Lunch at a local restaurant. The visit ends at the restaurant. We recommend an optional visit or on your own to the historic district of Gion, where maikos and geishas dressed in beautiful kimonos work in tea houses. Return to the hotel on your own. Overnight.
Day 5. FRIDAY, APRIL 11, 2025: KYOTO
Breakfast. Free day. Take the opportunity to visit this city with 17 monuments that were registered on the World Heritage List in 1994. You can also take an optional excursion to Hiroshima with lunch included, by bullet train (Shinkansen) to visit the Peace Memorial Park, the Atomic Bomb Dome and in Miyajima the Shinto Shrine of Itsukushima. (It is necessary to prepare a hand luggage for 2 nights, the suitcases are transferred the next day in the morning directly to the hotel in Tokyo).
Day 6. SATURDAY, APRIL 12, 2025: KYOTO - NAGOYA - MAGOME - TSUMAGO - TAKAYAMA
Breakfast. Luggage delivery to be transported separately by truck to the hotel in Tokyo. Early transfer to the train station where we will take the bullet train (Shinkansen) from Jr. Nozomi to Nagoya (the journey is made without a guide). Arrival at Nagoya train station and stop to visit with an English-speaking guide the historic villages of Magome and Tsumago in the middle of the Nakasendo route, one of the main roads developed during the Edo period and still preserved here. Continuation to Takayama by road, once the hub of artisans, farmers and merchants, and the neighborhood we will visit Sanmachi retains this legacy of the Edo era, its streets with two-story houses of dark wood where the first floor was the store and the top floor was the residence. We will find traditional handicrafts and restaurants offering exquisite dishes made according to Japanese tradition.

Day 7. SUNDAY, APRIL 13, 2025: TAKAYAMA - SHIRAKAWAGO - NAGOYA - HAKONE
Breakfast. At 07:45 a.m. departure with the English-speaking guide to Shirakawago to visit its traditional Gassho-Zukiri houses, typical houses of rural Japan in the feudal era, its name means "palms of the hands together to pray" because their roofs have a great inclination to withstand the heavy snowfall in winters. Lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer to Nagoya station, departure by bullet train to Odawara (without guide). Arrival in Odawara and transfer to the hotel in Hakone. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8. MONDAY, APRIL 14, 2025: HAKONE - TOKYO
Breakfast. At 09:00 a.m., meeting in the lobby and departure with English-speaking guide to visit Hakone National Park: a boat trip on Lake Ashi where you will enjoy a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji (weather permitting) and a cable car ride (due to weather conditions, these visits may be substituted by other excursions). Lunch at a local restaurant and departure to Tokyo. On arrival in Tokyo, visit of the Tokyo Tower, the most famous and visited Japanese architectural work, inspired by the style of the Eiffel Tower, was initially conceived as a communications tower and is now a symbol of the rebirth of the country as a world economic power. Day 9. TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2025: TOKYO
Breakfast. At 08.30hrs departure with the English speaking guide to enter the ancient world of Japan. We start at the Buddhist temple Asakusa Kannon or Senso-ji which is immersed in the Asakusa district, a place of pilgrimage and meeting, has several buildings, from the Kamirarimon gate to the Komagatado hall. Continue with a visit to the Meiji Shinto Shrine, dedicated to the first emperor of modern Japan, Emperor Meiji and his wife, Empress Shoken. Continue to the Ginza district, Japan's most famous shopping district with wide avenues and numerous stores and cafes. Lunch included at a local restaurant. Return to the hotel on your own. Afternoon free to visit optionally or on your own the typical neighborhoods of Tokyo such as Harajuku, Takeshita Dori, Omotesando and Shibuya. Overnight.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16, 2025: TOKYO
Breakfast. Room will be vacated by 10:00 am. At scheduled time transfer to Narita/Haneda International Airport by scheduled transportation with English speaking attendant to depart on your flight UA 882 5:15pm - 3:10pm, UA 519 6:10pm 10:16pm. End of our services.
